dc.description.abstractThis dissertation examines the influence of transformational, transactional, and laissez-faire leadership styles on employees’ cognitive, emotional, and intentional readiness for change at DIGI Romania. Using a quantitative survey design with 364 participants and analysis through PLS-SEM, the study validates the Full Range Leadership Theory in a Romanian context and offers managerial recommendations for leading teams through change.
