Abstract
يتكلم هذا البحث عن الأحكام الفقهية المتعلقة بصوت المؤذن والإمام جمعا ودراسة، وقد جاء هذا البحث في مقدمة وتمهيد وفصلين وخاتمة، وقد تكلمت في التمهيد عن الصوت، والمؤذن، والإمام، والتفضيل بين الأذان والإمامة، ثم الفصل الأول في الأحكام الفقهية المتعلقة بصوت المؤذن وفيه اثنا عشر مبحثًا، تكلمت فيها عن المستحبات المتعلقة بصوت المؤذن، وصفات الأذان والإقامة المتعلقة بالصوت، وإدخال ألفاظ غير مشروعة أثناء الأذان والإقامة، واللحن والمدّ في الأذان، وأذان الأعجمي، واستخلاف المؤذن لعلة حدثت في صوته، والأذان بمكبرات الصوت، والاكتفاء بأذان واحدٍ عبر المذياع ونحوها من المسائل، ثم الفصل الثاني في الأحكام المتعلقة بصوت الإمام، من الجهر والإسرار، وتحسين الصوت، وكلام الإمام في الصلاة، وانقطاع صوت الإمام عن المأمومين، وصوت الإمام أثناء التكبير، وتغيير صوته تبعا لأحواله في الصلاة، وتحسين صوت الإمام بالقراءة، وإمامة من في صوته علة، وانقطاع صوت الإمام عن المأمومين، وتبليغ صوت الإمام، وجهر إمامة النساء، واستخدام مكبرات الصوت داخل المسجد وخارجه، ونحو ذلك، ثم ختمت ذلك بخاتمة وفهارس.
Description
This research is talking about the jurisprudential rulings related to the voice of the Muezzin and Imam collecting and studying. This research is divided into an introduction, a preface, two chapters and a conclusion. In the preface, I talked about the voice, the Muezzin, the Imam, and the preference between the Adhan and Imamah. The first chapter is about the jurisprudential rulings related to the Muezzin's voice, which includes twelve sections. I talked about the recommended acts related to the muezzin's voice, the descriptions of the Adhan and the Iqamah that are related to the voice, the inclusion of impermissible words during the Adhan and the Iqamah, incorrect pronunciation and prolongation in the Adhan, the Adhan of a non-Arab, the appointment of a substitute Muezzin due to a defect in his voice, the Adhan over loudspeakers, the sufficiency of a single Adhan over the radio, and similar issues. The second chapter talked about the rulings related to the Imam's voice, including loud and silent recitation, improving the voice, the Imam's speech during prayer, the interruption of the Imam's voice to the congregation, the imam's voice during takbir, changing his voice depending on his condition during prayer, improving the imam's voice during recitation, leading someone with a defect in his voice, the interruption of the imam's voice, conveying the Imam’s voice to the congregation, women’s Imamah speaking loudly, using loudspeakers inside and outside the mosque, and so on. Then I concluded that with a conclusion and indexes.
