Abstract
هدفت الدراسة إلى قياس فاعلية نموذج الحياة في إطار الممارسة العامة لتحقيق التكيف الاجتماعي من خلال الأبعاد الآتية: (التكيف الزواجي، والتكيف الاقتصادي، والتوافق النفسي، والتكيف الأسري) لأسر مرضى سرطان الدم اللوكيميا في مستشفى جامعة الملك عبد العزيز بقسم العناية اليومية لأمراض وأورام الدم بجدة، حيث تم تصميم برنامج تأهيلي للتدخل المهني المستند إلى نموذج الحياة لتفسير الضغوطات والتحولات البيئية التي تواجه أسر مرضى سرطان الدم (اللوكيميا)، مكون من (12) جلسة، ومقياس للتكيف الاجتماعي، وتم تطبيقهما على عينة قوامها (15) من أسر مرضى سرطان الدم (اللوكيميا)؛ 9 من أمهات المرضى المتزوجين و6 من آباء المرضى المتزوجين، الذين يعانون مستوى منخفضًا جدًّا إلى متوسط من التكيف الاجتماعي من مجموعة واحدة، باستخدام المنهج التجريبي وتنتمي إلى الدراسات الشبه التجريبية. وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط القياسين القبلي والبعدي للمجموعة الواحدة على بعد التكيف الزواجي، والتكيف الاقتصادي، والتوافق النفسي، والتكيف الأسري على مقياس التكيف الاجتماعي بعد تطبيق برنامج التدخل المهني باستخدام نموذج الحياة، وقد أشارت النتائج إلى تأثير كبير لاستخدام هذا البرنامج التأهيلي المستند إلى نموذج الحياة في تحقيق التكيف الاجتماعي لدى عينة الدراسة وفقًا لنسبة الفاعلية لماك جوجيان.
واختتمت الدراسة بعدة توصيات رئيسية أبرزها: وضع سياسات وتشريعات محددة تهدف لدعم أسر مرضى سرطان الدم، بما في ذلك المساعدة المالية لمختلف العلاجات (العلاج الإشعاعي والعلاج الكيميائي ومضادات التخثر المستخدمة في أمراض الدم والأورام)، التأكيد على أهمية التقييم الاجتماعي لمرضى سرطان الدم كأولوية علاجية، توفير أخصائيين اجتماعيين وأخصائيين نفسيين مؤهلين تأهيلا نوعياً لدعم المرضى وعائلاتهم، وبالتالي تحسين نوعية حياة المرضى المتعلقة بالصحة في سياق الأسرة، تعزيز دور أسر مرضى سرطانات الدم وتقديم الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي لهم، تسليط الضوء على دور الأسرة في اليوم العالمي لسرطان الدم.
Description
The study aimed to measure the effectiveness of the life model within the framework of general practice to achieve social adaptation through the following dimensions: (marital adaptation, economic adaptation, psychological compatibility, and family adaptation) for families of leukemia patients at King Abdulaziz University Hospital in the Department of Day Care for Hematology and Oncology in Jeddah, where a rehabilitation program for professional intervention based on the life model was designed to explain the environmental pressures and transformations facing the families of leukemia patients, consisting of (12) sessions, and a measure of social adaptation, and Their application to a sample of (15) families of leukemia patients; 9 mothers of married patients and 6 fathers of married patients, with a very low to moderate level of social adaptation from one group, using the experimental method and belonging to quasi-experimental studies. The results showed that there were statistically significant differences between the average of the pre- and post-measurements per group after marital adaptation, economic adaptation, psychological adjustment, and family adaptation on the social adaptation scale after applying the vocational intervention program using the life model, and the results indicated a significant impact of using this rehabilitation program based on the life model in achieving social adaptation among the study sample according to the effectiveness ratio of McGogian.
The study concluded with several key recommendations, most notably: Establishing specific policies and legislation aimed at supporting leukemia patients’ families, including financial assistance for various treatments (radiotherapy, chemotherapy, and anticoagulants used for hematologic and oncological conditions),Emphasizing the importance of social assessment for hematologic cancer patients as a treatment priority, Providing highly qualified social workers and psychologists to support patients and their families, thereby improving patients’ health-related quality of life within the family context, Strengthening the role of families of patients with hematologic cancers and providing them with psychological and social support, Highlighting the role of the family on World Leukemia Day.
