Abstract

The relationship between copyright system and education is ambiguous. Copyright law should not conflict with this basic human right ‘education’, especially for those countries that have a high percentage of poverty. This paper will discuss the question ‘Does The International Copyright System Enhance or Hinder the Achievement of SDG Four Education Quality?’
