| dc.description | The study aimed to identify the degree to which innovative leadership is practiced as an approach to enhancing soft skills among primary school principals in Buraidah. It focused on the dimensions of innovative leadership (creative fluency, problem sensitivity, originality, flexibility, and maintaining direction) and the dimensions of soft skills (communication, leadership, teamwork, time management, problem-solving, and decision-making) from the perspective of their teachers. The study employed a descriptive correlational approach, using a questionnaire as the research tool, and was conducted on a sample of 359 teachers selected through simple random sampling. The results revealed that the degree of practicing innovative leadership among primary school principals in Buraidah, from the teachers' perspective, was generally high-except for two dimensions. The dimensions were ranked in descending order as follows: innovative fluency, problem sensitivity, originality, flexibility, and direction maintenance. The results also indicated statistically significant differences related to the variable of years of experience, in favor of those with (10 years or more), while no significant differences were found related to the number of training courses. Similarly, the degree to which soft skills were practiced by the principals was found to be very high. The dimensions were ranked in descending order as follows: communication, time management, leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, and decision-making. Statistically significant differences were also observed in favor of those with (10 years or more) of experience, while no significant differences appeared based on the number Moreover, the results demonstrated a statistically significant correlation between innovative leadership and soft skills among female principals of primary schools in Buraidah, from the teachers' perspective. This indicates that innovative leadership contributes to enhancing soft skills among these school principals. | |
| dc.description.abstract | هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة درجة ممارسة القيادة الابتكاريَّة كمدخل لتعزيز المهارات الناعمة لدى مديرات المدارس الابتدائيَّة بمدينة بريدة بأبعاد القيادة الابتكاريَّة، وهي: (الطلاقة الابتكاريَّة، الحساسية للمشكلات، الأصالة، المرونة، حفظ الاتجاه) وبأبعاد المهارات الناعمة، وهي: (التواصل، القيادة، العمل ضمن فريق، إدارة الوقت، حل المشكلات، اتخاذ القرار) من خلال وجهة نظر معلماتها، وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي بالاستعانة بالاستبانة أداةً للدراسة، وطبقت على عينة مكونة من (٣٥٩) معلمة تم اختيارهن بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة وبينت النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة: أن درجة ممارسة القيادة الابتكاريَّة لدى مديرات لمدارس الابتدائيَّة بمدينة بريدة من وجهه نظر معلماتها كانت بدرجة مرتفعة عدا بعدين، حيث جاء ترتيب الأبعاد تنازليًّا على النحو الآتي: الطلاقة الابتكاريَّة، الحساسية للمشكلات، الأصالة، المرونة، حفظ الاتجاه، وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى إلى متغير عدد سنوات الخبرة لصالح (١٠ سنوات فأكثر) فيما لم تظهر النتائج فروقًا تُعْزَى إلى متغير عدد الدورات التدريبية، يليه درجة ممارسة المهارات الناعمة لدى مديرات المدارس الابتدائيّة بمدينة بريدة من وجهة نظر معلماتها كانت بدرجة مرتفعة جداً، حيث جاء ترتيب الأبعاد تنازليًّا على النحو الآتي: التواصل، إدارة الوقت، القيادة، العمل ضمن فريق، حل المشكلات، اتخاذ القرار، وأظهرت النتائج فروقًا ذات دلالة إحصائية تُعْزَى إلى متغير عدد سنوات الخبرة لصالح (١٠ سنوات فأكثر)، في حين لم تظهر فروقًا تُعْزَى إلى متغير عدد الدورات التدريبية، وأظهرت النتائج أيضًا أن هناك علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين القيادة الابتكاريَّة والمهارات الناعمة لدى مديرات المدارس الابتدائيَّة بمدينة بريدة من وجهه نظر معلماتها، مما يدل على إسهام القيادة الابتكاريَّة في تعزيز المهارات الناعمة لدى مديرات المدارس الابتدائيَّة بمدينة بريدة. | |
