Abstract
يهدف هذا البحث والذي هو بعنوان: ((المسائل الأصولية في مصنفات الملل والنحل)) إلى استقراء وتحليل المسائل الأصولية الواردة في مُصنَّفات الملل والنحل، وذلك بعرضها وترتيبها بحسب أبواب علم أُصول الفقه، مبتدئًا بتصوير المسألة، ومن ثمَّ ذكر نص المؤلف فيها، مع تحليلها من جهة بيان موضع إيرادها، مع ذكر ترجمته، والتحقق من صحة نسبة الأقوال -قدر الإمكان-، ومن ثمَّ دراسة مناهج المصنفين في تناول المسائل الأصولية من خلال مصنفاتهم من جهة ذكرهم للحدود، والأقوال والخلاف، والاستدلال، وقد خَلُصَ هذا البحث إلى ستة فصول، فصلٌ في بيان مناهج المصنفين في إيراد المسائل الأصولية، وبقية الفصول مقسمة على الكتب مبتدئًا بالمتقدم، فجاء الفصل الثاني في كتاب مقالات الإسلاميين واختلاف المصلين للأشعري، والفصل الثالث: في كتاب الفَرْق بين الفِرَق للبغدادي، والفصل الرابع: في كتاب الفصل في الملل والأهواء والنحل لابن حزم، والفصل الخامس: في التبصير في الدين للإسفراييني، والفصل السادس: في الملل والنحل للشهرستاني، وقد تناولَتْ وجمَعَتْ هذه الدراسة ثلاثًا وخمسين مسألة أصولية.

This research, which is entitled: ((Fundamental Issues in sects & creeds Compilations)) aims to extrapolate and analyze the fundamentalist issues contained in the works of boredom and bees, by presenting and arranging them according to the chapters of the science of jurisprudence, starting with the depiction of the issue, and then mentioning the author's text in it, with its analysis on the one hand indicating the location of its revenue, with mentioning its translation, and verifying the validity of the proportion of sayings -as much as possible-, and then studying the approaches of the classifiers in dealing with fundamentalist issues through their works in terms of their mention of limits, sayings, disagreement, and inference, This research concluded into six chapters, a chapter in the statement of the methods of the classifiers in the inclusion of fundamentalist issues, and the rest of the chapters divided into books, starting with the advanced, the second chapter came in the book of articles of Islamists and the difference of worshipers of Ash'ari, and the third chapter: in the book The difference between the difference of Baghdadi, and the fourth chapter: in the book of the chapter in boredom, passions and bees by Ibn Hazm, and the fifth chapter: in insight into religion by Isfarayini, and the sixth chapter: In boredom and bees by Shahrastani, this study has dealt with and collected fifty-three fundamentalist issues.
