Sulayman al-Mizeni This dissertation aggregates and analyses the instances where Ibn Sīdah cites and harmonizes different readings of the Quran in his exceptional dictionaries, al-Muḥkam wal-Muḥīṭ al-Aʿẓam and al-Mukhaṣṣaṣ. The dissertation extracts and collects both, Mutawātir and Shādhdhah readings, including Ibn Sīdah’s exegetical, grammatical, morphological, and poetical explanations of the Quranic readings. It also compares Ibn Sīdah’s harmonization with other famous books on Qirāʾāt harmonization through an inductive, descriptive and analytical approach. The dissertation quotes the Quranic Reading, followed by its source and who transmitted it, then Ibn Sīdah’s harmonization of the readings, then its comparison to relative opinions and a suitable commentary. The dissertation provides a brief introduction to defining Qirāʾāt and its two main types, the Mutawātir and Shādhdh readings. It also introduces Ibn Sīdah and his dictionaries. It provides an extensive introduction to the science of Qirāʾāt Harmonization while demonstrating the reason why Arab linguists were interested in Qirāʾāt harmonization. With two sections in the dissertation, the first analyses Ibn Sīdah’s methodology of Qirāʾāt harmonization in his two dictionaries, while the second section provides an analytical study of the harmonized verses organized according to their sequence in the chapters of the Quran. The dissertation covers 333 instances of Qirāʾāt harmonization by Ibn Sīdah. | |
| dc.description.abstract | يتعلق هذا البحث بتوجيه القراءات عند ابن سيده الأندلسي في كتابيه: (المحكم والمحيط الأعظم)، وكتاب:(المخصص)، بنوعيها المتواتر والشاذ، سواء كان التوجيه بالمعنى أو بالإعراب أو بالصرف أبو بالشعر، ثم مقارنة هذا التوجيه مع أشهر كتب التوجيه، وفق المنهج الاستقرائي والوصفي والتحليلي بما يتناسب مع هذه الدراسة، وأقدم ذكر القراءة وتخريجها ونسبتها، ثم أذكر قول ابن سيده، ثم أقارن، وأعلق بما يتناسب مع الآية. وقسمت البحث إلى مقدمة، وتمهيد، وقسمين، وخاتمة، وفهارس. وقد حوى التمهيد على التعريف بالقراءات بنوعيها، والتعريف بعلم توجيه القراءات، وبيان سبب اهتمام علماء اللغة العربية بالقراءات، والتعريف بابن سيده، وبكتابيه المحكم والمخصص، القسم الأول: دراسة توجيه القراءات في الكتابين، القسم الثاني: دراسة توجيه ابن سيده للقراءات الواردة في الكتابين مرتبة حسب سور القرآن، ثم الخاتمة والفهارس العلمية. وبلغت عدد المواضع التي تمت دراستها: (333) موضعًا. | |
