تقييم خدمات علاج النطق والكلام المقدمة للطلاب ذوي صعوبات التعلم من وجهة نظر المعلمين في منطقة القصيم

Abstract

ملخص الرسالة هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تقييم خدمات علاج النطق والكلام المقدمة للطلاب ذوي صعوبات التعلم من وجهة نظر المعلمين في منطقة القصيم، والتعرف على الفروق الإحصائية في مستوى تقييم المعلمين لخدمات علاج النطق والكلام المقدمة لطلاب ذوي صعوبات التعلم وفقا لمتغير (الجنس، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة)، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المسحي. وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمي ومعلمات صعوبات التعلم في المدارس الحكومية الابتدائية بمنطقة القصيم بالمملكة العربية السعودية، والبالغ عددهم (143) معلم ومعلمة صعوبات التعلم، أما عينة الدراسة فقد تكونت من (111) معلم ومعلمة. وتم استخدام استبانة من اعداد الباحثة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وتكونت من ثلاث ابعاد أساسية (القياس والتشخيص، توفير وتقديم الخدمات للطلاب، تقييم فاعلية الخدمات المقدمة للطلاب). وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن تقييم خدمات علاج النطق والكلام المقدمة للطلاب ذوي صعوبات التعلم من وجهة نظر المعلمين في منطقة القصيم جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة بمتوسط حسابي (3,51)، كما توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لأثر الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، وعدد سنوات الخبرة. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تطوير وتحسين خدمات علاج النطق والكلام في المرحلة الابتدائية لأهميتها بالنسبة للطلاب ذوي صعوبات التعلم، وتسهيل مهمة التحاق الطلاب ذوي صعوبات التعلم الذين يعانون من اضطرابات في التواصل إلى خدمات علاج النطق والكلام، وعقد دورات تدريبية للمعلمين حول مفهوم خدمات علاج النطق والكلام، وأهميتها، وعوامل نجاحها، ودور المعلمين الفعال في هذه الخدمات.

Abstract The current study aimed to evaluate speech therapy services for students with learning disabilities in Qassim region, and to identify the statistical differences in the level of teachers’ evaluation of the speech therapy services provided to students with learning disabilities according to variables (gender, educational qualification, and years of experience). To achieve the research the objectives, the researcher used a descriptive survey methodology. The study population consisted of all male and female learning disabilities teachers in public elementary schools in Qassim region in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, who numbered (143) male and female learning disabilities teachers, while the study sample consisted of (111) male and female teachers. A scale prepared by the researcher was used as a tool for collecting data, and it consisted of three basic dimensions (measurement and diagnosis, provision and delivery of services to students, and evaluation of the effectiveness of services provided to students). The results of the study showed that the evaluation of speech therapy services provided to students with learning disabilities from the perspective of teachers in the Qassim region was high, with a mean score of (3.51). The results of the study also found that there were no statistically significant differences due to the effect of gender and educational qualification and years of experience. The study recommended the necessity of develop and improve speech therapy services at the elementary level due to their importance for students with learning disabilities, facilitating the task of enrolling students with learning disabilities who suffer from communication disorders to speech therapy services, and holding training courses for teachers on the concept of speech therapy services, their importance, factors for their success, and the effective role of teachers in these services.
