Abstract
إيماناً بالدور الذي ينبغي على الجامعات القيام به تجاه مشروع رؤية المملكة العربية السعودية 2030م وبرامجها التنموية التي تهدف لتعزيز التفاعل بين قطاعات المجتمع المختلفة وتلبية لمتطلباتها التنموية في تحسين الموارد البشرية، وبالتركيز على الإنتاج كعامل أساسي في التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، نجد أن قطاع صناعة الملابس الجاهزة في المملكة يتطلب المزيد من الجهود لتأهيل المهارات المحلية ولتعزيز القطاع الصناعي في المملكة العربية السعودية، لذلك أصبح من الضروري العمل على تدريب وتأهيل خريجات كليات التصاميم لتنمية مهاراتهن للمنافسة في سوق العمل بكفاءة ومهارة عالية تتناسب مع مستوى الصناعة في المملكة العربية السعودية من خلال تصميم وحدة إنتاجية نموذجية في مجال تصميم وإنتاج الملابس بالكلية، ويهدف البحث إلى: دراسة الأسس العلمية لتصميم الوحدات الإنتاجية في مجال تصميم وإنتاج الملابس، وتحديد دور الوحدات الإنتاجية لصناعة الملابس بجامعات المملكة العربية السعودية، ووضع تصميم لمخطط وحدة إنتاجية في مجال تصميم وإنتاج الملابس بكلية التصاميم في جامعة القصيم، وقياس فاعلية الوحدات التدريبية في مجال تصميم وانتاج الملابس لتنمية مهارات الخريجات بالوحدة الإنتاجية بكلية التصاميم في جامعة القصيم.
قسمت الرسالة إلى أربعة فصول:
يتضمن الفصل الأول (خطة البحث): المقدمة، المصطلحات، المشكلة، الأهمية، الأهداف، الفروض، الحدود، العينة، الدراسات والبحوث السابقة، والتعليق على الدراسات، منهج البحث وإجراءاته، الأدوات.
الفصل الثاني (الإطار النظري) اشتمل على محورين: المحور الأول: الأسس العلمية لتصميم الوحدات الإنتاجية في مجال تصميم وانتاج الملابس، والمحور الثاني: دور الوحدات الإنتاجية بالجامعات في تنمية مهارات الخريجات.
الفصل الثالث (الاطار التطبيقي) أساليب البحث وإجراءاته: مناهج البحث واجراءاته المستخدمة لمعالجة تساؤلات البحث وتحقيق الأهداف المرجوة منه، كما يفصل عينة البحث، وأدوات البحث، بالإضافة إلى الإجراءات المستخدمة في بناء أدوات البحث والتأكد من صدقها وثباتها، والإجراءات الخاصة بتحقيق أهداف الدراسة التطبيقية، من خلال تصميم وحدة إنتاجية في مجال تصميم وانتاج الملابس بكلية التصاميم في جامعة القصيم، وتطبيق البرنامج التدريبي بالوحدة الإنتاجية للتحقق من فعالية الوحدات التدريبية بالوحدة الإنتاجية.
تناول الفصل الرابع (النتائج - تحليلها وتفسيرها - التوصيات): التحقق من فروض البحث والإجابة على تساؤلاته من خلال التحقق من فاعلية تصميم الوحدة الإنتاجية والوحدات التدريبية في مجال تصميم وإنتاج الملابس لتنمية مهارات خريجات كلية التصاميم بجامعة القصيم، وتحديد نسبة اتفاق المحكمين من الأساتذة المتخصصين في مجال تصميم الأزياء لتصميم الوحدة الإنتاجية والوحدات التدريبية في البرنامج التدريبي وتوصلت النتائج إلى: قبول تصميم مخطط الوحدة الإنتاجية المقترحة في مجال تصميم وإنتاج الملابس وإمكانية تطبيقه، كما أن هناك فعالية للوحدات التدريبية في مجال تصميم وإنتاج الملابس لتنمية مهارات الخريجات، وبلغت قيمة معدل الكسب للاختبار التحصيلي المعرفي (1,100) وهي قيمة مقبولة، كما أن الوحدات التدريبية بالبرنامج التدريبي في مجال تصميم وإنتاج الملابس فعالة فيما يختص بتنمية التحصيل المعرفي للخريجات، وبلغت قيمة معدل الكسب لاختبار الأداء المهاري (1,223) وهي قيمة مقبولة، وبالتالي فإن الوحدات التدريبية بالبرنامج التدريبي في مجال تصميم وإنتاج الملابس تتصف بدرجة مقبولة من الفعالية فيما يختص بتنمية الأداء المهاري، مما يؤكد صلاحية البرنامج التدريبي لتنمية مهارات الخريجات في مجال تصميم وإنتاج الملابس بالوحدة الإنتاجية.
من أهم التوصيات:
1- توجيه الاهتمام بإنشاء الوحدات الإنتاجية وتفعيلها داخل الجامعات بالمملكة العربية السعودية وذلك تلبيةً للدور المجتمعي للجامعات بالتنمية المجتمعية، ودعم رؤية الجامعات بالمساهمة في خدمة المجتمع عبر التدريب والتطوير المهني.
2- الاستفادة من الوحدات التدريبية المقدمة بالبرنامج التدريبي داخل الوحدة الإنتاجية كنموذج تدريبي يمكن اعتماده في قسم تصميم الأزياء بكلية الفنون والتصاميم بجامعة القصيم وكذلك في المؤسسات التدريبية الأخرى لتأهيل الخريجات بمهارات عملية تتناسب مع متطلبات سوق العمل.
Description
Given the role universities should play in supporting Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 and its development programs ,which aim to promote collaboration between various sectors and meet national objectives for human resource development—this study to address the need to strengthen the local garment industry by enhancing national talent. The ready-made garment sector in the Kingdom requires focused efforts to develop local skills and enhance industrial growth. Therefore, it is necessary to focus on training and developing female graduates of design colleges to enhance their skills and competitiveness in the labor market with high proficiency and competence, aligned with the industry standards in Saudi Arabia. This study aimed to design a model of production unit in the field of design and garment production as a solution.
The research aims to: (1) Study the scientific foundations for designing production units in the clothing design and production sector; (2) determine the role of production units in advancing the apparel industry within Saudi universities; (3) develop a design blueprint for a production unit within the College of Design at Qassim University; and (4) assess the effectiveness of training units within the production unit in developing the skills of female graduates.
The thesis is structured into four chapters:
-Chapter 1 (introduction) outlines the background, key terms, research problems, significance, objectives, hypotheses, limitations, sample, previous studies, critique of studies, research methodology, and tools.
-Chapter 2 (theoretical framework) is divided into two sections: the first addresses the scientific foundations of designing production units in clothing design and production; the second explores the role of university-based production units in developing the skills of female graduates.
-Chapter 3 (research methods and techniques) details the research methodology, the study sample, and data collection tools. It also describes the development and validation of the research instruments, the application of the proposed production unit design, and the implementation of a training program within the unit to assess its effectiveness.
-Chapter 4 (findings, analysis, and recommendations) presents the verification of research hypotheses and answers the research questions. It evaluates the effectiveness of the production unit and its training modules in enhancing the skills of female graduates from the College of Design at Qassim University. The chapter also reports the feedback from expert reviewers in the Fashion Design Department regarding the proposed unit design and training content
Findings showed that the proposed production unit model was widely acceptable and applicable in the field of garment production. The training
program within the production unit significantly improved graduates’ knowledge and practical skills. The cognitive achievement gain ratio reached 1.100, indicating a satisfactory level of effectiveness. Likewise, the gain ratio for skill performance reached 1.223, also reflecting a strong impact. These outcomes confirm the statistical significance and expert consensus on the thoughtful design of the training program, which succeeded in enhancing graduate readiness for professional challenges in the labor market.
Among the most important recommendations:
1-Encouraging the establishment and activation of production units within Saudi universities to reinforce their community development role and contribute to training and professional development aligned with national goals.
2-Adopting the proposed production unit as the primary site for practical training for students and graduates of the Fashion Design Department at the College of Arts and Design, Qassim University, integrating it into the field training curriculum.
3-Expanding access to the production unit for individuals interested in clothing design and production, including small business entrepreneurs and professionals in larger factories, to create a comprehensive training environment that aligns with Saudi Vision 2030 and its goal of establishing the Kingdom as a leading industrial and economic power.
