| dc.description | This study aimed to determine the attitudes of medical social workers towards evidence-based practice, identify the nature of its cognitive, emotional and behavioral components. It also aims to reveal the existence of a relationship between the study and some variables represented by gender, specialty, academic degree, years of experience, training courses and hospital classification. This study is derived from the descriptive studies, and in achieving its aims, a social survey approach was used in a comprehensive inventory method for social workers working in government hospitals in Al-Qassim Province. The total number of the group study reached (101) social workers working in (17) hospitals. The study findings concluded that the level of the attitudes of medical social workers towards the evidence-based practice is (average), as the arithmetic average reached (2.47 of 3.00). And the attitudes of medical social workers towards evidence-based practice are positive. Further, the findings of the study indicated that there are statistically significant differences in this attitudes, the variable of "the gender", was in favor of the females, the variable of "the academic degree", was in favor of those whose academic degree is Ph.D, and the variable of "the training courses", was in favor of those who got four or more training courses. There are no statistically significant differences in this attitudes attributed to the variable of "specialty", "years of experience" and "hospital classification". | |
| dc.description.abstract | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد اتجاهات الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين في المجال الطبي نحو الممارسة المبنية على البراهين؛ والوقوف على طبيعة مكوناتها المعرفية والوجدانية والسلوكية، كما سعت إلى الكشف عن مدى وجود علاقة بينها وبين بعض المتغيرات والمتمثلة بالنوع؛ التخصص؛ الدرجة العلمية؛ سنوات الخبرة؛ الدورات التدريبية؛ تصنيف المستشفى. وتنتمي هذه الدراسة إلى الدراسات الوصفية. وتحقيقا لأهدافها؛ فقد تم استخدام منهج المسح الاجتماعي بأسلوب الحصر الشامل للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين في المستشفيات الحكومية في منطقة القصيم؛ وبلغ عدد أفراد مجتمع الدراسة (101) أخصائياً يعملون في (17) مستشفى. وقد خلصت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مستوى اتجاهات الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين في المجال الطبي نحو الممارسة المبنية على البراهين (متوسط)؛ حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي له (2.47 من 3.00)، وأن اتجاهات الأخصائيين نحو الممارسة المبنية على البراهين إيجابية. كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في هذه الاتجاهات؛ تعزى لمتغير "النوع" لصالح الإناث؛ ولمتغير "الدرجة العلمية" لصالح الذين درجتهم العلمية دكتوراه؛ ولمتغير "الدورات التدريبية" لصالح الذين حصلوا على أربع دورات تدريبية فأكثر؛ ولا يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير "التخصص" و"سنوات الخبرة" و"تصنيف المستشفى". | |
