Aim: The study aimed to design a health education program about patient and family rights in a primary healthcare center. Method: The Delphi method was employed to develop a comprehensive educational program on patients’ and family rights in primary healthcare (PHC) settings, involving 60 participants: 20 patients selected via convenience sampling, 20 health educators, and 20 experts recruited through judgmental sampling.
