In primary healthcare (PHC), educating patients and families about their rights improves communication, reduces costs, and enhances health outcomes. In Saudi Arabia, this aligns with Vision 2030, which prioritizes patient-centered care and sustainable health system development. Aim: The study aimed to design a health education program about patient and family rights in a primary healthcare center. Method: The Delphi method was employed to develop a comprehensive educational program on patients’ and family rights in primary healthcare (PHC) settings, involving 60 participants: 20 patients selected via convenience sampling, 20 health educators, and 20 experts recruited through judgmental sampling. Four instruments were utilized: a demographic questionnaire, a semi-structured interview guide to gather perspectives on program content, a Delphi consensus checklist, and an evaluation checklist assessing clarity, visual aids, printing quality, and overall
