STAFF PERCEPTIONS TOWARD THE IMPACT OF ACCREDITATION ON HEALTHCARE QUALITY IMPROVEMENT: A QUALITATIVE SYSTEMATIC REVIEW
Abstract
The findings from this review support that where well executed and managed, accreditation can result in significant benefits to a healthcare organisation, and which ten translates to improvements in performance and importantly, patient outcomes. Although, there is clearly a need to better explore how this can be achieved more consistently, from one organisation to another.
