Abstract

مستخلص الدِراسَة دَور كُلية التربيةِ بِجامعَة القصيم في تَنميةِ المَهارات الحياتيةِ لدى الطَلبة مِن وجهةِ نَظرهِم. اسم الباحثة: رهام محمد العوفي. هدفت هذه الدِراسَة إلى كشف دور كلية التربية في جامعة القصيم في تنمية المهارات الحياتية لدى الطلبة من وجهة نظرهم، وذلك من خلال التعرف على واقع دور كلية التربية في جامعة القصيم في تنمية المهارات الحياتية لدى الطلبة من وجهة نظرهم ، والتوصل إلى المعوقات التي تعوق دور الكلية في تنمية المهارات الحياتية لدى الطلبة من وجهة نظرهم، ومن ثم التوصل إلى أساليب مُقترحة لتفعيل دور كلية التربية في تنمية المهارات الحياتية لدى الطلبة من وجهة نظر خبراء التربية، ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف استخدمت الدِراسَة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وطُبِق المنهج على المجتمع الأول المكون من طلبة كلية التربية في جامعة القصيم في مرحلة البكالوريوس والماجستير والدكتوراة والبالغ عددهم في وقت إجراء الدِّراسَة (1267) طالباً وطالبة، والمجتمع الثاني المكون من مجموعة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة القصيم المعنيين بالمهارات الحياتية، والبالغ عددهم في وقت إجراء الدِّراسَة (258) عضواً، وطُبِقت الدِراسَة على عينة عشوائية بسيطة، وكان قوام عينة المجتمع الأول (224 )طالبا وطالبة في كلية التربية بجامعة القصيم، وقوام عينة المجتمع الثاني (130) عضوّاً من أعضاء هيئة التدريس من خلال أداة الدِّراسَة الاستبانة لتحقيق أهداف الدِّراسَة والإجابة عن أسئلتها، وتوصلت الدِّراسَة إلى عدد من النتائج من أبرزها : - جاءت الموافقة على محور واقع دور كلية التربية بجامعة القصيم في تنمية المهارات الحياتية لدى الطلبة من وجهة نظرهم بدرجة عالية - جاءت الموافقة على محور المعوقات التي تحد دور كلية التربية بجامعة القصيم في تنمية المهارات الحياتية لدى الطلبة من وجهة نظرهم بدرجة متوسطة - جاءت الموافقة على محور متطلبات تحسين دور كلية التربية بجامعة القصيم في تنمية المهارات الحياتية لدى الطلبة من وجهة نظر خبراء التربية بدرجة عالية. - كما قدمت الدراسة عددا من المقترحات والتوصيات في ضوء ما توصلت إليه من نتائج، ومنها: ضرورة العناية بتوفير الأنشطة الجامعية التي تتيح لطلبة كلية التربية تفعيل المهارات الحياتية لديهم (مهارات التواصل الاجتماعي – مهارات التفكير الناقد – مهارات تكنولوجيا المعلومات)، أهمية تضمين الدورات التدريبية التي تعمل على تنمية المهارات الحياتية، وتشجع الطلبة على حضورها.

Abstract: The study aimed to reveal the role of the College of Education at Qassim University in developing life skills among students from their point of view, by identifying the reality of the role of the College of Education at Qassim University in developing life skills among students from their point of view, and arriving at the obstacles that hinder the role of the College Education at Qassim University in developing life skills among students from their point of view, Then, we came up with proposed methods to activate the role of the College of Education in developing life skills among students from the point of view of education experts. To achieve these goals, the study used the descriptive survey method, and it was applied to the first population consisting of students from the College of Education at Qassim University at the bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral levels, which numbered in number. At the time of conducting the study (1267 male and female students). The second community consisted of a group of education experts at Qassim University who were interested in life skills, and their number at the time of conducting the study was (258). The study was applied to a simple random sample, and the sample of the first community was (224) male and female students in the College of Education at Qassim University The sample of the second population was (103) faculty members. The study tool used the questionnaire to achieve the objectives of the study and answer its questions. The study reached several results, the most important of which are: - The agreement on the reality of the role of the College of Education at Qassim University in developing life skills among students came from their point of view to a high degree - The agreement on the obstacles that limit the role of the College of Education at Qassim University in developing life skills among students came from their point of view to a moderate degree - The approval of the axis of requirements for improving the role of the College of Education at Qassim University in developing life skills among students came from the point of view of education experts to a high degree. - The study also presented several suggestions and recommendations considering its findings, including: The need to pay attention to providing university activities that allow College of Education students to activate their life skills (social communication skills - critical thinking skills - information technology skills), the importance of including training courses that work to develop life skills and encouraging students to attend them.
