Abstract
تعد الصناعة من اهم المجالات الحيوية التي يرتكز عليها اقتصاد المملكة العربية السعودية حيث انها تستهدف الوصول في عام ٢٠٣٠ إلى نسبة تصل إلى ٣٠٪ في الناتج المحلي، ويعتبر التصنيع المرن من أحدث المفاهيم الصناعية التي تقوم على مجموعة من الأفكار والمبادئ التي يمكن لأي منظمة صناعية أن تتبناها لتحقيق أفضل أداء ممكن، والهدف الرئيسي لاستراتيجية التصنيع المرن هو التخلص من الفقد عن طريق التحسين المستمر، بالإضافة إلى توليد ثقافة التفكير بالجودة في كل العمليات الإنتاجية والتحسينات المستمرة.
تتحدد أهداف البحث كالتالي:
1- تحديد آليات استراتيجية التصنيع المرن Lean Manufacturing بمجال صناعة الملابس الجاهزة.
2- دراسة دورة حياة المنتج داخل العمليات الإنتاجية بمستوى الجودة المقبول Acceptance Quality Level- AQL لمصانع الملابس الجاهزة.
3- تطبيق استراتيجية التصنيع المرن للتحسين المستمر بالعمليات الإنتاجية لرفع جودة المنتجات بأحد مصانع الملابس الجاهزة (الثوب الرجالى) بالمملكة العربية السعودية.
4- قياس نسبة اتفاق العاملين بأحد مصانع الملابس الجاهزة (الثوب الرجالى) بالمملكة العربية السعودية في تطبيق استراتيجية التصنيع المرن.
5- قياس فاعلية استخدام استراتيجية التصنيع المرن للتحسين المستمر بالعمليات الإنتاجية لرفع جودة المنتجات بأحد مصانع الملابس الجاهزة بالمملكة العربية السعودية.
قسمت الرسالة إلى أربعة فصول:
يتضمن الفصل الأول (مدخل البحث):
(المقدمة-مصطلحات البحث-مشكلة البحث-أهمية البحث-أهداف البحث -فروض البحث -حدود البحث -الدراسات السابقة -منهج البحث وإجراءاته -أدوات البحث).
الفصل الثاني: (لإطار النظري) اشتمل على محورين:
- المحور الأول: آليات استراتيجية التصنيع المرن بمجال صناعة الملابس الجاهزة.
- المحور الثاني: دورة حياة المنتج داخل العمليات الإنتاجية بمستوى الجودة المقبول لمصانع الملابس الجاهزة.
تناول الفصل الثالث (أساليب البحث وإجراءاته):
عينة البحث، منهج البحث، والأدوات المستخدمة في تجميع البيانات حيث تضمن بناء الاستبانات- استبانة فاعلية استخدام استراتيجية التصنيع المرن في صناعة الملابس بالمملكة العربية السعودية- استبانة فاعلية استخدام استراتيجية المرونة التصنيعية في صناعة الملابس بالمملكة العربية السعودية- استبانة فاعلية استراتيجية الاستجابة السريعة في صناعة الملابس بالمملكة العربية السعودية- من خلال دراسة وتحليل الوضع الراهن لشركة خياط ثوب دبي وتحليل المشكلات الأساسية الموجودة، ثم التعرف وتحليل الأسباب الجذرية بواسطة مخططات تحليل المشكلات: (تحليل باريتو، تحليل اللماذات الخمسة، مخطط هيكل السمكة) وتحديد الإجراءات المضادة للحد من الأسباب الجذرية، وبناء أدوات البحث والتأكد من الصدق والثبات .
الفصل الرابع- النتائج-المناقشة-التفسير:
يناقش نتائج إثبات الفروض وتفسيرها إحصائيا، ووجود علاقة ارتباطيه ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التطبيق القبلي/ البعدي لاستراتيجية التصنيع المرن بأحد مصانع الملابس الجاهزة، بالإضافة إلى الحسابات الإنتاجية، وتصميم الخط المقترح للإنتاج وتنفيذه مع التحليل، كما تم قياس فاعلية تطبيق استراتيجية التصنيع المرن من خلال اجراء مقارنة بين تصميمي خطي الإنتاج الرئيسي (خط٢( قبل/ بعد التطبيق، وأبرز النتائج:
خفض زمن التشغيل المهدر بين العمليات الإنتاجية لأدنى مستوى ممكن في التصميم المقترح لخط إنتاج (الثوب الرجالى)، حيث انخفض الزمن الفعلي للإنتاج من (١٥,٤٥ دقيقة)، إلى (٣٩ دقيقة) من خلال حفظ (١٥,٦دقيقة) لكل ثوب، وما يصل به كلياً إلى حفظ (٢٥,٤٦١دقيقة) أي (٧ ساعة)، حيث أن عدد القطع اليومية ارتفعت من٧٥ إلى ٨٥ قطعة، نتيجة تطبيق استراتيجية التصنيع المرن وتغيير ترتيب الآلات والعمليات المختلفة مما ساهم في إزالة معظم الوقت الضائع، اجراء خطوات تصحيحية تم إعادة تنظيم الآلات وإهلاك ماكينة رقم (٢٥+ ٣٧) حياكة داخل خطوط الإنتاج لتسهل حركة العاملين، بالإضافة إلى تلافي العيوب بدلاً من معالجتها، لخفض التكلفة واستبعاد العيوب فور اكتشافها في المراحل الإنتاجية ككل، ومشاركة العاملين في القرارات الإنتاجية.
أهم التوصيات:
- التزام الإدارة في عملية تبني وتطبيق التصنيع المرن، من اجل احداث تغيرات ضرورية في الثقافة التنظيمية.
- تبني الأنظمة الحديثة لإدارة الانتاج لتحسين العمليات الانتاجية ذات القيمة المضافة.
Description
Industry is considered one of the most important sectors to reinforce the economy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as it aims to reach 30% of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) by the year 2030. Lean manufacturing represents a modern industrial approach based on ideas and values that any industrial organisation can adopt to achieve optimal performance. The primary goal of a lean manufacturing strategy is to eliminate waste through continuous improvement while adopting a culture of quality thinking across all production processes.
The research objectives:
1. Identify the process strategy of lean manufacturing within the ready-made garment industry.
2. Study the product life cycle within production processes at the Acceptance Quality Level (AQL) for ready-made garment factories.
3. Implement the lean manufacturing strategy for the continuous improvement of production processes to enhance product quality in a ready-made garment (Arabian men’s traditional wearing (Thobe) factory in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
4. Measure the level of employee agreement regarding the implementation of the lean manufacturing strategy in a ready-made garment (men’s thobe) factory in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
5. Evaluate the effectiveness of using the lean manufacturing strategy to continuously improve production processes and enhance product quality in the ready-made garment factory in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The thesis is divided into four chapters:
• Chapter One: Research Introduction. This chapter covers the following:
Introduction – Research Terms – Research Problem – Research Importance – Research Objectives – Research Hypotheses – Research Limits – Previous Studies – Research Methodology and Procedures – Research Tools.
• Chapter Two: Theoretical Framework. This chapter consists of two sections:
1. Mechanisms of the lean manufacturing strategy in the ready-made garment industry.
2. The product life cycle within production processes at an Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) for ready-made garment factories.
• Chapter Three: Research Methods and Techniques. This chapter outlines the research sample, methodology, and data collection tools involved in constructing questionnaires—specifically, one on the effectiveness of using a flexible manufacturing strategy in the garment industry in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and another on the effectiveness of a rapid response strategy in the same industry. The process included: study and analyse the current situation of the garment factory (the study’s main aim), identify fundamental problems and their core causes using problem analysis diagrams (Pareto analysis, Five Whys analysis, Fishbone diagram), identify countermeasures to alleviate main causes and develop research tools while ensuring validity and reliability.
• Chapter Four: Results, Discussion, and Interpretation. This chapter discusses the results of hypothesis testing and their statistical interpretations, revealing a statistically significant correlation between pre- and post-implementation of the flexible manufacturing strategy in the ready-made garment factory. It also covers production calculations, the design of the proposed production line, and the results of its implementation and analysis. Key findings include:
1. A significant reduction in wasted operational time was observed after implementing the suggested improvement design in the production line of men’s thobe. The total production time was saved up to 6.15 minutes per garment, which decreased from 45.15 minutes to 39 minutes. The total time saved was up to 461.25 minutes, equivalent to 7 hours. The number of garments produced daily increased from 75 to 85 due to the implementation of the flexible manufacturing strategy and the rearrangement of machines and operations, which contributed to eliminating most of the wasted time.
2. Re-implement the corrective measures, including the organisation of machines and the removal of non-operational sewing machines (25 + 37) to create additional space on the production lines, facilitating smoother worker movement.
3. Adopt the principle of defect prevention rather than correction, if defect problem solving is costly, by eliminating defects immediately upon discovery throughout all production stages.
4. Enhance worker contribution in production-related decision-making.
Key Recommendations:
1. Utilise modern production management systems to improve production processes and value-added.
2. Apply quality insurance throughout the production process stages by developing production line systems in ready-made garment factories in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
